It's not "that much" custum. it's widely available on the market, actually. The first version (the one that I originally had, that got changed lat autumn) was even exactly the same one used at the time on the Korg Kronos. Which indeed incurred in the same defective overheating sensor problem my unit had.

True. However some of the crashes I had in January occurred while the built-in version of VB3 was running.
According to Crumar (I had to bring in my for a repair last month - repair that was actually done under my own eyes and for free) those problems were probably due a bug of the 2.01 update (at least one other user had a similar problem, solved by the reinstall of the OS). My OS was reinstalled that day and I haven't had any problems since then until yesterday.
Wich was a freeze, not a crash or a blue screen. Given that it happened after something like 4 hours of use it could mean that Cantabile is indeed a bit too much for the limited resources of this hardware, I'm considering to switch back to minivhost (even if that means a lower volume output). Or to try something else, if anyone here knows a good host with a small footprint on resources.

Doesn't seem so, given that even here some users says that they would not trust a computer on stage.

Regarding the Mac, I'm talking about 2 or 3 applications crashes per year, it's not something frequent. And I'm using VB3, either on Garageband on my Mac or on my Mojo for several hours per day (especially in this period, when I often break the 8 hours limit).
Those things happen with software. Something unexpected happens and the program quits or freezes. And it's a good thing the Mojo always starts in the same conditions, without the ability of writing on the SD: less variables means less possibilities of something taking a different turn. If you don't believe it either you don't know how coding works or you're not in good faith.

The comments may have had some factual basis if it was still 1996 and we are talking about Win 95 running on 512k of ram and 20 meg hard drives and using a basic 16 bit Soundblaster card.
