Subject:Korg CX3 Problem

I recently picked up a version2 CX3 and, upon firing it up, found 5 adjacent keys that didn't produce sound. The lowest G,G#,A,A# and B. I'm assuming contacts or jumpers came loose during shipping. Can anyone offer instructions on getting to the contacts as I hate to tear the whole thing apart. Or am I on the wrong track here?
