I once bought a mint condition B-3 for $500. A friend of mine who was a real estate agent put me onto it, because his client had sold her house and needed it out of there. Because it wouldn't fire up, I offered to take it off her hands and she was happy for me to have it. And, once I was able to find someone to loosen up the tonewheel motor and get things moving again, it worked perfectly. Unfortunately (sad end to the story), I ended up selling it because I wasn't really playing organ at the time and I needed some money.... damn, I wish I hadn't done that now...... (Anybody else wish they had a sold piece of music gear back?)
