But to be fair to both sides, I find each has its own perks. The real
thing is the real thing. Recording with a clone seems to be easier in
some (many) respects. You can make changes on the fly, add tweaks,
grunge, growl. Unless your B has the loops on each manual, which then
changes the original tone of the B, you get the one sound. Its easier
to zip around a clone.

Sooner or later the originals will break, although there's a wealth of
parts now, someone may need to step up and make new old parts like they
do for a '66 Malibu.

Older than the B3, pipe organs are still being maintained and played
around the world. So easy to pop in a clone, but thats not the issue.
