Hi Randy,

You'll really have to go listen to it to see if it suits your ears.
General consensus is, the Rotosonic drum does *not* provide a sound like
a classic Leslie -- although it was much closer to what Don Leslie was
trying to simulate than the sound we all love. I played one in a music
store years ago, and decided to pass. I eventually found a Leslie 251
for the right price.
