No recording or PA can recreate that part of the sound either so unless you are in a room playing with yourself (YKWIM) live,
a good simulator can recreate what we all hear in recordings and in live performance settings. I’m guessing you are a solo
player who uses no additional amplification or only play for people who sit one foot from your Leslie.

It is impossible for any simulator to sound like a real Leslie sitting 1 foot away from you. No simulator can recreate the sound of real rotating horns and drums spinning the sound around a room, with the resulting sound waves bouncing off walls, etc.
