Subject:Chicago in Chicago: XK3-c

Watching them play now on the Audience Network (DirectTV) and wondering why they use the Hammond Clonewheel now rather than the Tonewheel they use to use. Are their roadies too old to carry a B3 now? LOL Can't see a Leslie either. Vent? Is it cost, convenience or sound? The XK3 IMO sounds damn good on my Surround Sound set up. Robert Lamb and the other Keyboard player with the Hammond XK3-c are on Yamaha Motifs ES8 as well. they still put on one helluva great show!
