Subject:Re: Watch "Vb3 controller" on YouTube
Rafael,
I had the same problem during my first implementation of the clone.
First thought was to buy 2 keyboard (typically fatar tp-80) and some midi controller (scanmatrix and so on) ..
but is difficult to buy and I noticed a few documentation on that.
So i decided to buy a pcr800.
Now the schema is :
pcr midi ch1 -- usb ---|> Pc running wxp nlite "cutted"
pcr midi ch2 -- usb ---|> with edirols driver
external usb audio-----|> savihost & vb3 on compact flash hdd
interface
|
audio out
|
behringher mic200(tube modified)
|
amp/leslie
All the control change generated by buttons, potentiometers were mapped easily thank's to the midi learn function in vb3.
I use an external usb audio interface just to have the min latency & jack output (easy to plug in any amp)
Remember to deactivate rotary amp emulation (not stop the leslie) when you plug the out in a real leslie.
thus the sound is ssssoooo goooooodd
