I have had no latency problems whatsoever with Reaper or Cubase 5, but of course that is controlled with ASIO4ALL in the device settings.
I mapped the Leslie switch to my sustain pedal on my Casio Privia, which I prefer. Now if I could just find a generic midi board with waterfall keys, and drawbar sliders for around 500.00, I would be happy.
