it is probably problems with dust.
I had a couple of keys that did that on the upper manual.
It is about an hour of work to take out the keyboard.
REMEBER TO MARK THE 4 MULTICONTACTS :) so they go back in place.
flip it upside down remove the steel console

Unscrew the contact pcb boad

Take off the contact rubber list.
Clean with dry compressed low pressure air.
Use as piece of thin steel wire to push the rubber studs back in place.
reassemble.
Problem fixed.

Picture of the rubber strips here. The keybed on the C1 looks a little
different but the rubber strip is the same.
