When was the last time you oiled it? No seriously though, sometimes something gets stuck between the key contacts and with the movement of transporting it it shakes loose again. A friend had that happen to a Nord electro, and it never reared it's ugly head again. Either way if it happens again then maybe time to check things, if not, then you'll probably never know what it was for sure. These things are mechanical after all, which means they aren't faultless.
