I have no affiliation with the guy (the program was recommended to me
some years ago by an awesome guitarist I was fortunate to do a number
of gigs with, Kit Morgan) but it is awesome. And it now has a mobile
version (I find this really useful for transcribing stuff). It has
some of the most musical pitch/time shifting algorithms I've heard.

For youtube you may need to save the swf and extract the audio, or do
tricks with loopback audio recording, but its still worth its weight
in gold!
