Subject:OT: Shameless self-promotion... once again

For any of my clonewheel friends that have thought about downloading a copy of my 11STEPS band original CD, CD Baby has a promotion on for this week only (July 30 to August 5), where CD Baby doesn't take their cut, so essentially the artists are getting 100% of the dollars earned.. Absolutely unheard of in the music business...!! Kudos to CD Baby for doing this, and now if we could only convince a few others like iTunes to pass all the money over to the artists that would be a some kind of miracle!!

As a further incentive, my 11STEPS band is allowing free downloads of the first cut off the CD "I Need Shelter", and we hope you'll enjoy the free tune, and consider purchasing the full CD. It's vintage classic rock and it's been described as "a Rock and Rolls Royce" by Cashbox Canada Magazine. We are very proud of it, and we hope those of you who choose to download it enjoy it!
