You can bring a Kronos up to the equivalent of Kronos X. The only
hardware difference is that they are shipping it with an extra GB RAM
and a bigger SSD. You can get a service center to add those to your
original Kronos, or add them yourself if you don't mind possibly voiding
the warranty. (I've already added memory to my Kronos) You won't have
the red X on the back though.
