Subject:Rock & Roll and Age ..who is the elder statesman in our group ?

Hey Max .....Good For You ..

You got me by 6 yrs ...I will be 66 in Nov....

so what kind of music do you play ..what are some of the tunes ..?  What Equip do you use?

I have a Hammond B-3/122  ...but I like the lightness of my Nord E3 73...thru a QSC 12 ....
We play old R an R and country ...  I play about 4-5 gigs a year ...

Regarding your comment; "at my age".  I'll be 71 in September, the youngest musician in my group by between 16 and 26 years.  I get busted on a lot about my age (they tell me I'm "grandfathered in") but I'm still keeping up.  Carry my own equipment, too (most of the time anyway).  Lest this sound arrogant, please know that I'm grateful every day to have this music in my life, and the ability to play gigs with a great group of guys.  And, most of all, for a woman who understands and encourages me.
