Actually the demo was great if its purpose was to sell the SK. But I still think the Wurlitzer sound is terrible.

Jake,
I have to say that any demo that starts off with a "fart-like clavinet" sound isn't going to sell me on any keyboard.
This demo as been used by a number of folks, on this and other lists, to illustrate how good the SK series can sound, and frankly all it serves to do is to get us to focus on the performance (which is great) rather than the actual sound of the instrument! It's trickery..!
Anyone with half a brain knows that a great player can make anything sound great..! Can everyone who's considering a Hammond Clone play like this guy? I doubt it.. so you ask yourself the question "what's it going to sound like when I get it home" and the answer is I'm really not sure because I didn't hear someone play it the way I'm going to play it. I didn't hear any nice sustained electric piano sounds.. and what does the real clavinet sound like? Not sure, all I heard was the "fart" model.
You could pick the worst synth sound you've ever heard, and this guy would make it sound great! Buying and SK1 based on this demo would be like buying a bikini for your 200 pound wife based on a picture of a 104 pound model wearing the bikini in a magazine.. somehow when you get it home, and she gets it on.. it isn't quite the same.
Great performance, NOT a great demo.
