Interesting how it is all subjective re. gear. I can't afford no Mojo/SK1, etc. at this point but despite the bad reviews. I have read about my recently acquired VK-7's C/V, when I played Soul Sacrifice on it, using CV 3 combined with the Vent's Tremolo and a bit of OD, I thought it sounded spot-on. IMO smears sounded great on that set up. BTW I repaired the 2 broken drawbars on it by gluing 2drawbars from a parts Hammond M2 I had to the broken ends. So now I guess it has real Hammond genes added to it!
