Subject:Re: using Cantabile and VB3fx to replace internal leslie fx for PC3
I actually prefer VB3 organ emulation as I think it sounds nearer to a real Hammond sound, but I prefer not to have midi hangs, or sticking notes' worries, and I think perhaps, the C1 has a touch more body to its sound, a bit more oomph maybe, and just using the rotary sim ramp up and down midi command should cause no midi problems at all.
VB3 rotary sim is definitely superior; its a really great emulation.
I forgot to mention that aside from disabling the VB3 organ engine, and program change messages, I also disabled 'expression control' as of course the C1 is already responding to expression.
