since a powered speaker is a "closed" system, it would be typical (but not guaranteed) to spec the amp power based on the impedance of the contained drivers. It's also common to pick the largest possible number for the spec sheet, which would be the sum of power of all amp channels. Is this useful? Not really. Assuming two channels (although the spec sheet says 4; I'm assuming that this is a typo), and 100 watts total average power, I would guess that there is an approx. 75w amp for the woofer and 25w amp for the tweeter. Its reasonable to assume that those are real numbers for the actual driver impedances used.
