Well, most of our audiences doesn't even know that anHammond is a keyboard-equipped musical instrument…Or that's a musical instrument at all, actually. or that you can play an organ that doesn't reside in a church…

Actually I have nothing against Casio, in a previous post I was even underlining the qualities of their low-end pianos!

Casio has been producing the Clonewheel or "Drawbar Organ" options for 2 generations before this, the WK3XXX series and WK-7500/CTK7000. They are intended to be more of a multipurpose keyboard and work station arranger/sequencer. I don't know enough about the new one yet but the"Drawbar Organs" and other voices have improved with each generation. I had the 3800, have theWK-7500 and properly tweaked and EQ'ed and combined with a Neo Ventilator, IMO, you would be hard-pressed to find anothermultipurpose keyboard that sounds as good as this with this many features for less than 500$ new. I also have an A100 and M3 I play through a real Leslie and although my Classic Rock band members have heard both my Hammonds and the Casio/Neo, they are perfectly happy when I gig with the 7500/Neo as my "organ." Most of our audience in front of the PA would not know the difference between this and

A nice feel to the keyboard and pretty decent pianos and other tones IMO as well on the 7500. Before you reject the Casio due just to its brand name, actually try one and also be thankful that more competition like this in this keyboard genre may also help lower prices!
