I'm thinking that the C2D basically obsoletes the C2 over time. One
could argue that a) the target C2 customers really wanted
draw-somethings in the first place; and b) that the C2's rotary sim
isn't competitive in 2012. So, the C2 might end up like the Stage EX:
it hangs around for a while, but eventually goes away. Clavia has done
that with their synth line, too (G2 vs. G2X, etc.)
