unfortunatly, this is going to be a bad week for customer service as all major manufacturers and distributers are in transit or already in Anaheim CA for NAMM this coming weekend. staffing will be minimal to none at the home offices. maybe someone on this list who is attending could help you out by stopping by the AMS booth and see if someone there can help you out with your problem
