It's not mainly an host problem, the computer has to be configured for low latency audio. Apart from a couple of the ones I tried most of the hosts ran without a noticeable latency on the Mojo, same on my mac.

I don't know, I surely haven't got the speed of Joey DeFrancesco but with my current playing style latency has never been a problem. Rolls and repeating a key very fast surely are doable, I heard Joey playing on a KeyB last year (and the KeyB contains a PC with Linux and a modified version of Beatrix, all triggered via midi), he was able to play _very_ fast anyway.
