Nothing than agreement here! This is real wisdom, and should be
golden rule engraved in stone :-)
Few years ago after almost 40 years of work (and sometimes fight)
with electronic gear I finally came to the same conclusion - trying
to get GAS under control, and get max from what I have. And also try
to do something new, and not only new versions of old works with each
change of technology...
