I contacted the "B3 Guys" website as they are supposed to be the US distributar of Key B products and have been advertising their stuff for close to a year. They wrote me back and said , as yet, Key B has not sent them any equipment and therefore could not sell me anything--Do you know how a someone could get a Key B in the States?

I don't post much here but after playing the new KeyB3 I had to! It arrived last week and looks stunning. (its the first in the UK)

Obviously the biggest single change is the Reverse Colour preset keys. Unlike the other clones the lamps are actualy in the keys which look realy nice on stage. They are non latching so need the lamps. The tabs are also new, are much better quality and slightly larger than the Mark I and Mark II KeyB. They also feel quite vintage.

The new KeyB3 comes with a half moon switch, but there are no cables, it just plugs into a multi connector on the front of the organ - and its very, very high quality.

Percussion volume and decay has been moved to the top panel which is much better than the previous location on the rear of the Organ. The Pitch bend has been replaced with the same one as fitted to the Numa and affects organ pitch.

The rear sockets are also much better quality and are fixed to the rear panel with a nut so they should be robust.

Everything else is pretty much the same. I'm not sure if Elvio has tweeked the pre-amp though as it seemed to have much more grunt than the Mark II.
