Speaking of B3s and country music reminded me of something that puzzled me for a long time. Remember in The Blues Brothers when the band "steals" the Good Ol' Boys' gig at Bob's Country Bunker? There's already a B3 and Leslie on stage (behind the chicken wire). Here in the UK we don't really have that deep Americana thing going on, and I guess the only keyboards we associate with country music are honky-tonk pianos. So to me the B3 looked out of place in that venue, but I guess it's very much part of the mainstream C&W scene that we Limeys never see.
