Subject:VB3 questions

All right, maybe VB3 isn't a dedicated physical "clonewheel" organ, but enough folks here use it that maybe it's okay to post a question?

Anyway, I'm trying out the demo version, which I've loaded as a soft instrument into Sonar Producer X1 Expanded, using my Kurzweil PC3 as the controller. While the sound is definitely top notch, there's quite a bit of latency (nearly a second between hitting a key and hearing the sound). That I'd have to work on a separate issue.

Anyway, the real problem I'm having is that nothing I do to the controls of VB3 changes the sound at all. I move the drawbars around, click button, twist knobs, change soundsets, and none of these affect the sounds at all. MIDI must be working (at least on Channel 1) since my KB 'plays' the notes, and the mod wheel of my PC3 switches the VB3's rotary effect for fast to slow. But, otherwise, I can't change the base 'sounds' at all. Am I missing something here?
