Does the Mojo allow for separate MIDI channel transmission from each keyboard? My digital BX-3 does and I've used this feature for years to send trigger and velocity information to a "bass module." Just remember to set the zone response on the module so it doesn't overlap with the "comping zone" of your lower manual.

The end result is great; bass module audio signal sent to a dedicated bass amp and organ treated, as usaual/normal, through stomp box/Leslie of choice. Additional benefit of this configuration is the ability to utilize string bass/fretless/etc. sounds and trigger multiple layers, by velocity and modulation, by channel pressure.
