The M, M2 and M3 had regular B3 type keys. I just measured mine (both the M2 and M3). The total key length is ~10" the touchable part is slightly longer than 5" and the part under the cover is slightly under 5". I found a photo in the book Beauty in the B and although the photo was smaller the proportions were the same.
