I think the most popular one for warming keyboards up is the ~$30 Tube MP:

It does the job nicely. (IMO, YMMV, Yada Yada Yada)

The Studio V3 offers some subtle tone changes which might add further warmth:

If you want to be able to quickly select from a variety of subtly different organ tones it is probably worth the extra $. (IMO...)

Replacing the tube with an old 50's/60's era 12AX7 or even better an old 12AT7 will make either sound even better. (IMO...)
