So far the switching has not been an issue but perhaps to a jazz player who likes only tremolo and no chorale, they may ask that question about a brake. As long as the basic 2 speeds are there thats all most rockers at least that I've seen, care about. One tech made a point of leaving the leslie on fast to loosen up the fast motor during soundcheck.

Leslie? If it's a 2 the organist will know if he needs slow or stop.
