That’s odd because I was able to down tune mine ½ step…I think it was
through a tweaking between the external pots and the ones on the circuit
board…If I can find the service manual for it I’ll let you know…Have you
looked around online I know sometimes these service manual are available
online for free.

I own and use a vintage Korg and I am joining a band that tunes a 1/2 step
lower to make songs easier to sing. I know the circuit boards contain a
tuning pot for each manual and the individual manuals also have the
adjustment. However both these options don't allow for a full 1/2 step
detune, almost but not all the way there. Does anyone know the rating of the
pots on the board next to the drawbars? I do believe getting ones with a
higher resistance may allow further detuning range? Correct? It seems it
would be easier to find these than to try and replace the adjustment pot on
the circuit boards.
