Similar spread of ages in my cover band, having younger singers stops the set list being dominated by "Dad rock" and on keys it pushes me to master current synth tones e.g Lady Gaga songs (a direction my taste would not normally take me) or find a way to add a B3 tone into current hits - Lonely Boy by the Black Keys for example.     

I like that as well.

Bass player in our Linda Ronstadt tribute is 20. Drives a 70's muscle car!!
Singer is 27....
