Subject:Nord E3 issue with erratic key

As luck would have it, one month out of warranty and I have a problem. this is the 2nd time I've had an issue with one of Nord's fine products.
I've got one key that plays when it feels like it. I think it's something mechanical rather than electronic and I'm ready to dive in.
Does anyone know the secret to cracking the box on this thing?
If so please clue me in I'd rather not have to take every screw out unless necessary.
