Subject:Files area

Hi All,

I've reorganized the Files section, because it was starting to get
really hard to find things -- and to tell if spammers had dropped files
in our area. None of the files have been deleted, but many of them have
been moved.

From this point in, I would ask that:

* no one (but me) put any files in the top level -- i.e., 'Files';

* anyone looking to upload a file take a minute to see if there is
already a file category to place the files.

This is especially true of the Clonewheels and Spinners folders, which
were getting very cluttered. I've tried to sort the files by
manufacturer, etc.

If you go looking for your uploads, please look for them in the new
folders before resending them.
