I map everything to the controllers, put my laptop at one side or the other of the rig on one of these: http://www.quiklok.com/catalog/?p=productsMore&iProduct=477&sName=LPH-003. Only touch it to turn it on at soundcheck and off at the end of the show. Save each song as a set of patches, put them in the setlist order, cycle through them with a push of a button. Don't need an actual setlist because I can see it displayed on the laptop. Like someone said, it's magic. ;-)
