Subject:K10 and Mackie SRM 450 Shootout

BAD NEWS.
The Mackie beats the daylights out of the K10. Side by side, same Motif piano patch identical mixer settings.
The Mackie kills it on the top and bottom end.
I'm not sure how in the world they get 1000 W out of a K10 because a Mackie is well below that and has the QSC for breakfast and lunch.
If you're wanting a box that is loud and clear go for a Mackie NOT a QSC. The K10 would never cut it in any of the bands I play in.
Result-The K10 goes back tomorrow. It's not half the box the Mackie is.
Oh well............
