I have had a certain amount of involvement with American Music and Sound ( who distribute Numa, Nord and Kurzweil)and I have met most of the important reps and NAMM so I sort of know who's who and who to get a response from if you have service issues.

If you want to talk someone at AMS and get results, the guy you need to speak to is DONOVAN STARK. I believe his extension number is 3710. The Main AMS number is 1 800 431 2609.

Donovan is the one person in this company that seems to know and care about Hammonds and clones.

The rest of the people are not really that much involved. But what limited technical needs I have have been addressed PROMPTLY by Donovan.

As I have said, my own Numa issues have been minimal. There is a full two year warranty on them and I have known of several cases that AMS shipped direct replacements for units that had issues.

So if you have a Numa issue, try Donovan.
