I'm curious, but after all the problems and negative comments about Numa/Studiologic quality and service, why you didn't go with something like a Hammond XK 3C or something similar. I guess I'm not sure why you didn't consider other options... how could the Numa possibly be the next best thing with all the issues you've had? Just curious...

Welcome to the wonderful world of Studiologic/Numa!-I had the same result along with no responce from Joey D himself--I have returned 2 Numa's for this very reason-I have a third now that I received from Sweetwater only because they add an additional 2 year warranty and will deal with Numa themselves if needed and it came with the newest OS--I got the Numa again because I couldn't get a Mojo- --with all it's faults I feel that, all in all, it's next best thing....

Hey All,
Just wondering if fellow Numa Organ owners have had any luck with getting a response about updating the firmware/sounds.
I have to say that I am very disappointed with support, I've had no response to emails to any of the email addresses I could find on the net.
The latest updater I could find is from 5/2011 and it is a buggy as hell.
Any thought?
