Subject:OT Weird Instrument Question

Howdy Folks, I was watching The Colbert Show last night and he had Radiohead playing, (I guess you call it playing. I just don't get them). The keyboard player caught my attention though. He had a small-ish keyboard and right below the keybed he was sliding his finger making a Theremin type sound. Anyone know what that gizmo is? ORF Bob
