Actually there is software you can get for free called Reaper. I work with Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo , and others
but the capability, efficiency, compatibility, workflow in Reaper is as good or better than all of them. If you work
a lot with MIDI then Cubase is by far the leader.

I think if you get any sort of M-audio hardware you'll get or have access
to some version of ProTools-ish software. I have Calkwalk. That can be
had for <$100. There maybe even some free ways to play a plug-in.

Hi all ....

The question i have about VB3 is while one is playing using the VB3 how
easy is the hands on work ..like one needs to do with a Hammond ...right
hand on keys an left to adjust drawbars and ...leslie switch ... etc
But a VST .......how can one hands on to a mouse an monitor .while playing
....?????

Any suggestions for beginner setup for VB3 ????
