There is a reoccurring trend on what gear players, pro or not, want to be seen standing behind. If one looks back at music history, from Paul Revere''s Vox Continental as their view on Where the Action Is (was) to Three dog Night's wall of boards that included a real B3.as well as Devadip Carlos' choice of twirlybox wrangler with 2 fisted Leslies. Gregg Rolie. Only to be pushed out again after Steve Walsh was a Wayward C3 Son by Elvis Costello's seemingly not "nieve" Steve's reedy Vox Continental resurfacing its "ugly" head.

Today it costs more money to move and maintain a B3 on the road and there may be "can you see me" issues standing hidden behind a big brown box where some famous players are concerned if not the budget constraint of run what we brung or can afford specially in the twilight years of a career.

Here is Seth looking foolish:

One thing for sure, it will be the traditional choice, the slim new fangled transistor (now read digital) looking modern offering or the classic brown or sometimes white box. But make room for the classic Vox and Farfisa showing up at times.

Its cyclical at the very least. I'm glad clones are still being made. I only have one though. Would like to collect more.

White chocolate anyone?

Make sure someone calls Seth Justman: Now that he plays a Nord C1 (with no leslies), he apparently looks foolish.

I'm really concerned what a bunch of 50/60 year old keyboard players think my rig looks like since SO MANY 50/60 year old keyboardists go see bands.
