The SK1 sounds ok, but to me lacks a certain visual and esthetic "presence" ... Imagine Robert Plant being replaced by Pee Wee Herman in "The Song Remains the Same"... Plant's voice but with Pee Wee's appearance (no offense to Pee Wee). Or imagine Seth Justman pounding away on a clone instead of a B with a stack of Leslies behind him. And would Grace Potter be where she is today had she played a clone instead of a B? As most people know there is a lot more to audience perception of a stage performance than just sound. Just some thoughts...

Thanks Joan-
Great playing, and thank you to everyone for all the discussion. I keep teetering back and forth whether to off the E3/V5/vent combo and go for the SK1 or just stick with what I have. It's been great to hear insights and thoughts from everyone.
Thanks again-
Bill
