How about when you run those two vents together in stereo, run each one into two mono channels and pan the left vent ch #1 hard left and ch #2 say about 9 or 10 o'clock and then for the right vent, ch#3 about 2 or 3 o'clock and finally ch#4 hard right. Then sit between both speakers. Does it sound like sitting between 2 Leslies?

With this panning scheme, the left and right vents never cross the centerline but since you are feeding them both the same mono signal, you should hear the signal pan across the field randomly. I guess it would do the same thing if you ran them in mono too? Yes, slightly different top rotor speeds for sure.
