When I was using my Casio WK-3000 for organ, I used to do a "cheesy" pitch-bend at the end of the Stylophone/Wurly/organ break in our ska version of "War Of the Worlds". When I switched to the Roland VK-7, I tried using the "tonewheel brake" footswitch function, but I found it completely uncontrollable, so now I just play Am / Ab / Am / at that point in the solo.

Hey Norm, ....Thanks for all of the music you post. The pitch bend on the organ at the beginning of the video
was interesting. When I mix for other groups and the keyboardist (usually the funk guys :)) use the pitch bend on
their Hammond patch it drives me crazy. It spoils the Hammond "illusion" for me. I usually give them a bad time
about it but you know some of those guys just can't keep their hands off of those wheels (or joysticks as the case may be).
Heck, I may have even done it a time or two in a moment of "distraction". In the "tonewheel" days it was cool to occasionally
kill power to the tone generators and get that cool bend though.
