I started on an accordion so I guess I understand the genre. Myron Floren here we come.. yeah it seems like a natural progression accordion to organ. I've been interested in Roland's Midi version...

Well, not to get controversial, but as I'm sitting here mixing down polka music in the studio I'm thinking to myself I can't tell you how many guys I've heard that are my favorite organ players actually started with a keytar. They've been around for a long time. You strap them on, you got keys and buttons on and you jump around funny while you play them. But they've come a long way since the first ones. You couldn't play those shirtless without risking pinching your nipple when you squeezed them together to make sounds come out (the keytars, not the nipples!)
