Hi LB,
I also use JBL Eon 15G2’s (and occasionally 10’s). In my experience the sound through headphones is better. I’ve looked at the specs for the Eons and they are relatively flat in the range necessary for VB3 but there is some coloration going on. Along with VB3 on cantabile I have also played with a graphic eq plug in (Anwida soft GEQ31V) which works great. I think you could tweak the EQ a bit and get a better sound overall. As I have mentioned in past posts I will be incorporating a Radial Engineering JPC DI between my laptop and PA board and expect to get a better result and doing any final tweaking with the EQ. Then again, VB3 2.0 will be out (hopefully soon) and the EQ may not be needed at all.

Thank you everyone who helped me with my VST learning curve. (especially Toby, Chris and Rafael). I did try ASIO4All and it was an improvement. I could live with that amount of latency if I had to). I downloaded Cantabile Lite and will try it as soon as possible. I like the sound of the VB3 through my KRK monitor speakers. I have to check it out on my PA setup (JBL Eons). I may have a Voce V3 and an almost new ventilator for sale shortly.
I recently got Roland FR-3x accordion. It has 10 tonewheel presents plus percussion and leslie simulation which is good but not enough for what I want.I think the VB3 will fill the gap nicely.
