That's the first time I have heard anyone squeeze any mention of a date out
of Guido, so congratulations!

As Guido explained to me a couple of months back - the new audio engine is
done and running in the latest Hamichord, as you have heard. It is
especially set up to run with the Hamichords hardware controls however, so
is not suitable for general release.

The part still being worked on is the user interface for the "organ lab",
which is where you can specify everything - individual generator levels,
crosstalk, leakage, percussion volume, decay, and everything else.

One Hamichord user who posts on KC says that it blows the current VB3 out of
the water. That's high praise!
