I've started working on a one, but I'm certainly open to suggestions. The prototype I built is a metal plate with access slots for the wheel and lever. The plate sits on top of the control panel with the wheel and lever poking through the access slots. The forward and trailing edges of the plate follow the contours of the Stage control panel to keep it from skating around, and there's a flat section that extends leftward to provide a shelf for the drawbar controller. Have not determined for sure how it attaches, but I think there's going to be a metal bar that extends downward and then hooks underneath the bottom of the keyboard.
I'm not a metal guy, so I don't have a great sense for what's practical to manufacture and what isn't. Fortunately my sheet metal vendor is pretty kickass and I'm meeting with them in two weeks to show them my proto and see what ideas they have. It might take a couple iterations of prototypes before it's right, and as with everything, this stuff always takes longer than you think it will.
