I think this question has been asked and answered about 4 times in the last 2 weeks.. The easiest way to connect a CX-3 to a 145 is to get a leslie preamp pedal and or something similar like a Speakeasy vintage Preamp...

The speakeasy is a little higher cost, because it is a tube preamp (and consequently it will sound better than the leslie pedal, AND take the digital edge off the CX-3)

Obviously you will need a 1/4 inch instrument cable to go from the organ to the preamp, and then a 6 pin leslie cable to go from the preamp pedal to the leslie.

It sounds like you may be new to this Hammond organ/leslie stuff, so be careful that you plug the leslie cable in correctly, there is a little dot on each end that needs to be matched up to the dot on the recepticles. If you don't do this, you could put AC voltage on the amp input and blow it up.
